Starting out fighting for the constitutional rights of Nevadans in our Justice and Municipal Courts then protecting all of Clark County as a Chief Deputy District Attorney, totaling over 18 years of trial experience with hundreds of trials under her belt as an attorney. Now Noreen is a well respected judge with experience and perspective like no other.
A Nevadan by choice, Noreen made Las Vegas her home more than two decades ago and she has been a dedicated member of our community ever since.
