With a reputation as a respected Judge, Noreen has a proven track record of fairness and unsurpassed judicial knowledge.  Noreen has the unmatched experience of being an elected and highly respected Las Vegas Justice Court Judge, experience as a prosecutor protecting children from sex traffickers, and our families from violent criminals, combined with judicial experience in protecting the safety and rights of our community members. 

Noreen began her career fighting for the Constitutional Rights of Nevadans in our Municipal Court, then becoming a Chief Deputy District Attorney, and is currently an elected Justice Court Judge.  Now Noreen is running for election as the Judge for District Court 28 to make sure that justice is delivered fairly and impartially in our county's top court.
